From October 23-25, the GCEE team participated in the Georgia Council for the Social Studies Annual Conference in Athens, Georgia. With October marking Economic Education Month, GCEE was especially excited to connect with educators and showcase strategies to bring engaging, real-world economic concepts into K-12 classrooms.

In addition to its sessions at the conference, GCEE joined the State Leadership Meeting, collaborating with educational leaders from across Georgia. Through practical and interactive content, GCEE’s sessions highlighted its commitment to making economics accessible and inspiring for students, underscoring the importance of economic education across the state.
