The GCEE team was busy during last week’s Georgia Council for the Social Studies (GCSS) conference at the Classic Center in Athens, GA. Associate Director Chris Cannon delivered an informative session on the new “Financial Fitness for Life” publication while Program Director Angie Battle led a session on GCEE’s “Economics in Children’s Literature” workshops. Thank you to the hundreds of K-12 educators who stopped by the GCEE booth to say hello and to everyone on the GCSS Board for coordinating another great conference.
