Melissa Hegarty, GCEE’s Stock Market Game Coordinator, recently traveled to New York to attend the Stock Market Game Symposium, an event organized by the SIFMA Foundation. This gathering brought together SMG coordinators from across the country, offering a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge and learn about new resources designed to enhance the teaching of the Stock Market Game in classrooms. Highlights of the symposium included engaging discussions on the latest educational tools and strategies, and a memorable field trip to the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange!
